Αντικείμενο της παρούσας αποτελεί η παροχή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης, επέκτασης και φιλοξενίας του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS, το οποίο παρέχεται από δύο συντονισμένα μεταξύ τους υποσυστήματα, το υποσύστημα IaaS (φιλοξενούμενο σε υποδομή του Αναδόχου Ανάπτυξης του ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS) και το υποσύστημα SaaS (παρεχόμενο από την SAP σε ευρωπαϊκό κόμβο του SAP Cloud). 2.
