The supply of goods will be carried out in small wholesale batches within 3 (three) working days from the date of the Customer's request. There is also a need to fulfill urgent requests for a small quantity of goods. The butter should be packed in cardboard boxes (crates) – no more than 10 kg. Upon delivery, the products must be accompanied by documents confirming their quality and safety, namely: copies of quality/conformity certificates, and/or quality certificates, and/or sanitary-epidemiological expert opinions, and/or manufacturer's declarations, and/or food safety management system certificates, and/or other documentary confirmation of product quality and safety. In case of doubt about the quality of the goods, product samples will be sent for research to the Center of Preventive Medicine of the State Administration of Affairs, for a conclusion on the compliance of the goods with DSTU. At the time of delivery, the shelf life of the Product must be at least 90% of the total shelf life. In case the Customer receives substandard goods, such goods are subject to immediate return and replacement within one day by the Supplier's transport at their expense. Before submitting a proposal, participants are recommended to familiarize themselves with the terms of the draft contract and the requirements for the subject of procurement.
