"Manufacture, delivery and installation of 67 units of shelving, with dimensions 2000x880x580 mm. for the Territorial Directorate of the National Social Security Institute - Kardzhali"

The subject of this public procurement includes the manufacture, delivery and installation of 67 units of shelving for an archive repository located at: Kardzhali, building of "Bread Production - Kardzhali" Ltd., 68 "Belomorski" Blvd., 3rd floor. The goal is the partial completion of the archive repository with shelving, which has an area of 300 sq.m. The room has dimensions of 20 m by 15 m and a height of 3.50 m and is partially equipped (in its right part) with shelving. The remaining half should be equipped with shelving. The building has an elevator with a height of 208 cm. When installing and arranging all shelves, it is necessary to carry out activities for their permanent strengthening, preventing the occurrence of processes that endanger safety during the intended use of the shelves, including fastening to the respective walls (for shelves located along columns in the room or to the floor, ceiling). Between each row of shelves, at least three M10 studs with a minimum length of 1000 mm must be mounted at their upper end at equal intervals, fastened on both sides by means of nuts and washers for additional strengthening of the shelves. For the installation of the shelves, the Contractor must provide the necessary number of brackets, profiles, studs and other devices and tools for their additional strengthening.
