Original language: bgВсички проектни части на работния инвестиционен проект следва да бъдат изработени съгласно разпоредбите на Наредба №4 от 21.05.2001г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти и при спазване изискванията на останалите действащи нормативи. При изменения в действащата нормативна уредба, свързана с изпълнението на настоящата обществена поръчка, изпълнителят следва да изпълни услугата при действащата към датата на предаване на инвестиционния проект нормативна уредба. Инвестиционният проект по части следва да се изготви от проектанти с пълна проектантска правоспособност с действащи удостоверения от КИИП и КАБ при пълна съгласуваност между отделните части. Съдържание на проекта: Проектната документация следва да се изготви и представи най-малко по следните проектни части: Архитектура Геодезия Конструктивна Паркоустройство и благоустройство Водоснабдяване и канализация Електроинсталации Отопление, вентилация и климатизация Пожарна безопасност Проекто-сметна документация План за управление на строителните отпадъци План за безопасност и здраве Други- в съответствие със задачите, определени с идейните решения. Инвестиционният проект следва да е изготвен в съответствие с предвижданията на ПУП, правилата и нормативите за устройство на територията, изискванията по чл. 169, ал. 1 и ал. 3 от ЗУТ, взаимната съгласуваност между отделните части, пълнота и структурно съответствие на инженерните изчисления и други специфични изисквания съобразно предназначението на обекта. Проектите подлежат на съгласуване със специализирани контролни органи и експлоатационните дружества.
