Original language: bgС обществената поръчка се възлага изпълнението на дейностите: - Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект: проектът следва да предостави в изискуемото съгласно Наредба № 4 от 21.05.2001 г. за Обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти и заложеното в техническото задание на възложителя, цялостна концепция за реализиране на инвестиционните намерения за обновяване / реконструкция на идентифицирания обект и да послужи за пълно изясняване и предвиждане на необходимите строително-монтажни работи за реализацията му. - Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на строителството, съгласно одобрения работен проект, в съответствие с изискванията на ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове за неговото прилагане и подписване на всички актове и протоколи по време на изпълнение на СМР, съгласно ЗУТ и Наредба №3 за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителство, посещение на обекта по време на авторски надзор, консултации на строителната площадка при изпълнение на обекта. В резултат на изпълнението следва да се изработи инвестиционен проект, като се предвиди да се изгради нова едноетажна сграда за тренировъчен салон на площ около 800 кв.м, в имот с идентификационен номер 68789.603.407 по КК на гр. Дупница. Новата сграда е необходимо да се се съобрази със състоянието и характера на терена. Инвестиционният проект следва да бъде разработван във фаза „работен проект“ съгласно Закон за устройство на територията, Наредба №4 от 2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти и действащите нормативни актове на българското и европейското законодателство. Изготвеният работен проект да включва подробни количествени и количествено-стойностни сметки за всички части, подписани и подпечатани от съответния проектант. Проектните решения трябва да бъдат достатъчно конкретни, за да осигурят цялостното изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи. Обяснителните записки следва да съдържат подробна информация за изходните данни, предвидените дейности, технико-икономическите показатели и спецификациите на строителните продукти, съобразени с действащите норми и стандарти. Всички вложени продукти и материали трябва да отговарят на действащите нормативни изисквания в Република България и да имат оценено съответствие със съществените изисквания по Закона за техническите изисквания към продуктите.
