Delivery terms: EXW (Incoterms 2020) – The Supplier is considered to have delivered the Goods when it loads the Goods onto the Customer's vehicle at its enterprise or another location at the address: _________ (address to be specified), the distance to which does not exceed 15 km from the location of the Customer's road maintenance unit: Zaporizhzhia, Ivanova St., 97A, following the route by roads allowing truck traffic. Loading of the Goods into the Customer's vehicle body is carried out by the Supplier's forces and means. Goods are released via truck scales. Delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches upon the Customer's request, specifying the name and quantity of the Goods to be delivered. The Customer also has the right to determine the approximate time of dispatch of the Goods by the Supplier. The request is provided in any convenient form (oral or written, in person, by phone, fax, email, etc.). Dispatch of a batch of Goods is carried out within 1 (one) working day from the moment the Customer sends the request to the Supplier. If necessary, the Customer has the right to demand uninterrupted delivery of Goods 24/7 by submitting a request to the Supplier one day in advance. Payment terms: Payments are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's bank account specified in the Agreement, based on a properly executed invoice, delivery note signed by authorized representatives of both parties, after the Customer receives budget allocations in accordance with Articles 48 and 49 of the Budget Code of Ukraine within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of budget allocations for the subject of this Agreement to its registration account. The Supplier must transfer (deliver) to the Customer Goods whose quality complies with DSTU 8959:2019 and other current standards, technical conditions, and regulations in Ukraine. Contract security terms: Bank guarantee in the amount of 5 percent of the contract value. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
