The total quantity of goods to be supplied must correspond to the quantity specified in the Specification. Goods are supplied in separate batches according to invoices based on the Buyer's orders. The Supplier forms batches of goods based on the ordered nomenclature and quantity. Goods must be provided to the Buyer within three working days from the receipt of the Buyer's Order. The order can be sent in any convenient way, including in writing and/or by telecommunications, email, fax, etc. The Supplier must ensure proper storage and transportation conditions for the goods. Transportation of goods must be carried out in motor vehicles in accordance with the rules for the carriage of perishable goods. The Supplier is fully responsible for the sanitary and hygienic condition of the packaging and the motor vehicle delivering the goods. Place of delivery of goods: 29016, Khmelnytskyi, Lvivske Shose, 1. The transfer of ownership of the goods occurs at the moment of transfer of goods at the place of supply. Proof of transfer of ownership of the goods to the Buyer is a properly executed delivery note from the Supplier, signed by authorized representatives of the Parties, if necessary, certified by the seals/stamps of the Parties. The purchase volumes may be changed depending on the actual expenditure volume of the Buyer and changes in its needs. The following goods are not accepted: unmarked, in damaged packaging; for which accompanying documents are issued with violations; without quality certificates; after the expiration date. When accepting goods, the quantity of goods must correspond to the quantity indicated in the accompanying documents. Acceptance of goods by quantity and quality is carried out by the Buyer's representative.
