Якість товару, що постачається, повинна відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7043:2020 «Вироби макаронні. Загальні технічні умови». Зі змінами та поправками». Стандарт поширюється на вироби макаронні, які виробляють із пшеничного борошна і води з використанням або без використання додаткової сировини і використовують для дитячого, дієтичного харчування, реалізації в торгівельній мережі та інших харчових цілей. За зовнішнім виглядом товар повинен бути: свіжим, правильної форми, з гладкою або рифленою поверхнею, без пошкоджень, не ураженим хворобами та шкідниками. Смак і запах товару: властиві даному виду виробів, без стороннього запаху і присмаку (не затхлий, не пліснявий, не гіркий).
