УВАГА, ІНФОРМАЦІЯ щодо ЦІНИ ТЕНДЕРНОЇ ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ!!!
Замовник є платником податку на додану вартість (далі- ПДВ), план закупівель оприлюднено з урахуванням ПДВ. З метою єдиного підходу до оцінки тендерних пропозицій Учасників процедура відкритих торгів оголошена без врахування ПДВ, щоб не допустити переплати і недоотримання Замовником податкового кредиту у випадку визначення переможцем неплатника ПДВ. Під час заповнення ціни тендерної пропозиції в ЕЛЕКТРОННІЙ СИТЕМІ ЗАКУПІВЕЛЬ Учасник зазначає ціну тендерної пропозиції в гривнях без врахування ПДВ. У разі, якщо Учасником процедури закупівлі є платник ПДВ, при укладанні договору про закупівлю сума ПДВ буде додаватися до «остаточної пропозиції» без врахування ПДВ відповідно до законодавства України.
