Rolled oats, flaked, first grade, DSTU 7698

Payment for the goods is made in the national currency of Ukraine. Payment for the goods is made only after their actual receipt by the Customer based on properly executed delivery notes from the Supplier within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the relevant documents that are the basis for payment. The Supplier's delivery note is the basis for payment.
5.1. Delivery of goods under this Agreement is carried out to the address specified in clause 5.2. of the Agreement, by December 20, 2026, and is accompanied by a waybill. The volume and delivery period of each batch are indicated in the delivery schedule (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement). In case of correction of the delivery schedule, separate applications from the Customer will be sent to the Supplier's email address, but in any case not later than the period specified in clause 5.1. The delivery period of each batch should not exceed 3 (three) days from the day following the day the application is sent. Delivery of goods can only be made on working days from 08:00 to 15:00. Working days are considered the period from Monday to Friday inclusive. Delivery of goods on a non-working day, namely Saturday, can only be made if the date and time of delivery are pre-agreed with the Customer, but no later than 12:00. 5.2. Place of delivery (transfer) of goods: Delivery of goods is carried out at the expense and by the transport of the Supplier. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Customer are carried out on DDP terms (in accordance with the International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms Incoterms 2020 edition), at the address: Ukraine, Chernivtsi region, Chernivtsi.
