Place of delivery – educational institutions subordinate to the Department of Education and Sports of Bershad City Council Delivery period - until 31.12.2026. Payment terms - within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the moment of receipt of the Goods, based on documents confirming the fact of delivery. Advance payment for the Goods is not provided. Shelf life of the goods - at least 90% of the total shelf life. The goods must not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Delivery of goods is carried out in small batches (according to orders) for each educational institution. Delivery of goods - at least 1 (one) time per week, during working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Each batch of goods must be accompanied by documents confirming their origin, safety and quality, compliance with state standards, and sanitary and hygienic requirements. Such a document must be valid taking into account the shelf life of the goods. Acceptance and transfer of Goods by quantity is carried out in accordance with the accompanying documents (delivery notes, waybills), by quality - with documents certifying their origin, quality and safety. Delivery must be carried out by specialized vehicles in compliance with the rules for the transportation of the relevant goods, as defined by law. The expected cost of the procurement item is formed based on the independent analysis of prices for goods with similar technical characteristics via the Internet, on the Prozorro and BI Prozorro websites, and also takes into account official statistical data from the Ministry of Finance. Technical and quality characteristics of the procurement item are determined taking into account generally accepted norms and standards for the specified procurement item and in compliance with the norms of current legislation and regulatory requirements. The size of the budget allocation is determined in accordance with the amounts of estimated appropriations for 2026.
