Original language: RussianГосударственный контракт: Теплоснабжающая организация обязуется подавать Заказчику по закрытой системе теплоснабжения тепловую энергию для отопления и горячего водоснабжения, а Заказчик обязуется принять и оплатить из средств бюджета Астраханской области потребленную тепловую энергию в сроки и на условиях ,предусмотренных настоящим Контрактом. Тепловая энергия подается для отопления и горячего водоснабжения обьектов Заказчика, расположенных по адресам: Астраханская область, г. Нариманов: - ул. Астраханская,8, пом.07 общей площадью 215,5кв.м.; - ул. Астраханская, 10, пом. 011 общей площадью 87,8 кв.м. Предоставление Заказчику тепловой энергии осуществляется круглосуточно в течении года бесперебойно, либо с перерывами, не превышающими продолжительность, соответствующую требованиям к качеству коммунальных услуг. Перерыв в подаче тепловой энергии составляет 15 дней в летний период для проведения технического обслуживания источника теплоснабжения и тепловых сетей. Сумма Контракта составляет 96481,11 руб. (Девяносто шесть тысяч четыреста восемьдесят один рубль 11 копеек). Цена является твердой и определяется на весь срок исполнения Контракта. Изменение существенных условий Контракта при его исполнении допускается на основании ч.1 статьи 95 ФЗ от 05.04,2013 №44-ФЗ.
