Original language: ukПостачання Товару проводиться Постачальником дрібними партіями відповідно до заявок з 8.00 до 16.00 (графік поставок та дні завозу продуктів харчування можуть змінюватися Замовником, враховуючи потреби Замовника). Заявка на Товар передається Постачальнику у будь-який робочий день тижня засобами телефонного та/або електронного зв’язку. Оплата за Товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня поставки Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
Фактом подання цінової пропозиції Учасник підтверджує, що країна походження запропонованого товару не Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
