Performing conformity assessment and exercising construction supervision for the object: “Reconstruction of the inter-block space in block 85 according to the plan of the town of Etropole, Etropole municipality”

The subject of the allocated position includes the performance of the following activities: 1. Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project for the object, including: - Assessment of conformity with the essential requirements for constructions in all parts of the investment project, in scope and content according to the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), including assessment of conformity and technical control of the 'Structural' part according to Art. 142, para. 10 of the ZUT; - Preparation of a comprehensive report on the performed conformity assessment; - Providing assistance to the Contracting Authority in the procedure for approval and authorization of the investment project and the issuance of a building permit for the object. 2. Exercising construction supervision, including: - Exercising construction supervision during construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction within the mandatory scope regulated by the ZUT and the subordinate normative acts for its application, including checking and controlling the delivered and used construction products, which ensure the fulfillment of the essential requirements for constructions in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction, including control of quantities, quality and conformity of the performed construction and installation works with the engineering contract for the object, as well as other activities, subject of the engineering contract, where applicable; - Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator according to the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during construction and installation works, including the performance of all obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in the aforementioned Ordinance; - Preparation of the Final Report for the construction, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, structures and construction sites, and an updated Technical Passport for the construction according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of constructions; - Management of the commissioning processes until the issuance of the commissioning certificate; - Bearing responsibility under Art. 168, para. 7 of the ZUT until the expiry of the warranty periods for the respective types of construction and installation works.
