TENDER NOTICE: The following open competitive tender (hereinafter referred to as "Tender") is hereby announced. July 27, 2026, Appointed Disbursing Officer, Hokkaido Police School Principal, Hiroshi Watanabe 1. Matters for Tender: (1) Project Name: Hokkaido Police School Martial Arts Building Cooling System Renovation Work (2) Project Location: 5-1-7 Makomanai Minami-machi, Minami-ku, Sapporo (3) Construction Period: 195 days from the day after the contract is concluded. (4) Construction Outline: As per the tender documents. 2. Qualifications Required for Tender Participants: Tender participants must be single entities and meet all of the following requirements. Minors, persons under guardianship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for concluding the contract are considered to fall under "special reasons" in the said article. (2) Not falling under Article 71 of the Order for Budget, Receipts, and Accounting. (3) Must possess qualifications for "Piping" category, "A" or "B" grade, and "Hokkaido" region in the "List of Qualified Bidders for Construction Work Tenders in Fiscal Years 2025-2026" prepared by the Cabinet Office. (5) Not a business operator whose management is substantially controlled by a "Boryokudan" (organized crime group) or its members, or a similar entity, and who has been requested to be excluded from national commissioned work, and such status continues.
