Умови оплати: післяоплата; протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів після підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін видаткової накладної. Країною-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з російської федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 822. АЗС для заправки бензином повинні бути розташовані на території м. Запоріжжя (відповідно до умов проєкту договору про закупівлю).
