Строк поставки товарів: з моменту підписання договору протягом 2026 року, згідно із заявками Покупця. Термін поставки Товару — згідно заявок Покупця, в межах трьох робочих днів з моменту замовлення. Відпуск товару здійснюється в межах заявленої кількості на території міста Південноукраїнська, Вознесенського р-ну, Миколаївської обл., за адресами АЗС. Передача товару здійснюється по факту передачі Постачальником талонів, строк дії якого не закінчився. Талон є документом встановленого зразка та форми, який посвідчує право Покупця на одержання певної кількості та певної марки пального на АЗС. Талон надає право Покупцю отримати товар на АЗС. Розрахунок (оплата вартості) за кожну партію Товару, отриману за талонами, здійснюється в розмірі 100 % шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з моменту відпуску пального через мережу АЗС за пред’явленим талоном (після отоварення талонів) на підставі належним чином оформленої видаткової накладної. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються у безготівковій формі у національній валюті України – гривні, шляхом переказу Покупцем грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника.
