Original language: ukСтрок поставки бензину А-95 для потреб Рівненського апеляційного суду (далі - Товару): з моменту укладання договору – 5 календарних днів. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 7 (семи) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару на підставі належно оформлених видаткових накладних, наданих Постачальником при оформленні поставки Одночасно з підписанням видаткової накладної на Товар, Постачальник видає Покупцю дозвільні документи на отримання Товару Покупцем у вигляді талонів номіналом 10 та/або 20 літрів на кількість придбаного Покупцем Товару відповідно до видаткової накладної. Термін дії Талонів на всю кількість придбаного Покупцем Товару повинен становити 365 календарних днів. .Зберігання та видача (передача) Товару Покупцю зі зберігання за Талонами здійснюється на автозаправних станціях Постачальника та/або на автозаправних станціях, з якими Постачальник уклав договори поставки Товару, що розташовані у м. Рівне та по всій території України (під терміном «по всій території України» мається на увазі обов’язкова наявність не менше однієї автозаправної станції в кожній області України крім областей, на території яких ведуться активні бойові дії, або наявні території, тимчасово окуповані російською федерацією), та які призначені для заправки транспортних засобів паливом, відповідно до вимог Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 20.12.1997 № 1442. Відстань проїзду від місцезнаходження Покупця (33028, м. Рівне, вул.. Драгоманова, 9) до не менше, ніж однієї автозаправної станції, на якій здійснюється видача Товару Покупцю зі зберігання, не повинна перевищувати 5-ми кілометрів згідно з сервісом https://www.google.com.ua/maps/.
Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран
