This tender concerns the supply of diesel fuel and A-95 gasoline, categorized under CPV code 09130000-9. The supply will be conducted using paper coupons with denominations of 10 and 20 liters, with the exact quantities of each denomination to be agreed upon with the Customer. Alternatively, refueling can be managed through refueling statements. Bidders must be capable of issuing paper coupons for the entire ordered quantity of purchased gasoline and diesel fuel. Refueling must be available as a retail sale of gasoline and diesel fuel through the participant's gas station upon presentation of the paper coupons. These coupons must facilitate the refueling of the customer's vehicles with A-95 gasoline and diesel fuel on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and public holidays, as per the Customer's needs.

Goods paid for by the Customer will be stored free of charge at the participant's gas station. The validity period for the coupons is a minimum of 9 months from the date of receipt by the Customer. Importantly, the country of origin for all supplied goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. The procuring entity is the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Culture and Tourism of the Okny Settlement Council of the Podilsk District of Odesa Oblast.
