Description
Original language: ukСтрок поставки Товару: до 31.12.2026 року включно, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань.
Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями у такі строки та обсягах:
- протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати підписання Договору Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Замовнику 1000 літрів бензину А-95 та 1000 літрів дизельного палива;
- протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дати отримання письмової заявки Замовника Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару у кількості та асортименті, визначених у відповідній заявці.
Місце поставки Товару (у скретч-картках/смарт-карток/талонах) за даним Договором: 79019, місто Львів, вулиця Пантелеймона Куліша, будинок 6а (будівля художньо-виробничих майстерень Львівського національного академічного театру опери та балету імені Соломії Крушельницької).
Передача Покупцеві Товару за Договором здійснюється Постачальником на АЗС шляхом заправки автомобілів та/або металевих каністр Покупця за умови пред’явлення довіреними особами Покупця скретч-карток/смарт-карток/талонів. Скретч-картка/смарт-картка/талон є підставою для видачі (заправки) на АЗС вказаних у карті об’єму і марки Товару, після чого всі обов’язки Сторін по погашених скретч-картках/смарт-картках/талонах вважаються виконаними, при цьому Постачальник не може передати Покупцеві Товар іншої марки чи в кількості меншій, ніж зазначено в скретч-картках/смарт-картках/талонах.
Поставка (передача) Товару здійснюється щоденно цілодобово (впродовж 24 годин) без вихідних і святкових днів протягом строку дії Договору, окрім часу технічної перерви на АЗС Постачальника.
Поданням цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований ним Товар не має походження з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
