Original language: Russian1.Бензин А-95 повинен відповідати Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднових та котельних палив, затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927 (далі – Технічний регламент) та вимогам Національного стандарту України ДСТУ 7687:2015 (Бензини автомобільні Євро) або іншому нормативно-правовому акту чинному на дату розкриття пропозицій.
Дизельне паливо повинно відповідати Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднових та котельних палив, затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927 (далі – Технічний регламент) та вимогам Національного стандарту України ДСТУ 7688:2015 Паливо дизельне Євро або іншому нормативно-правовому акту чинному на дату розкриття пропозицій.
2.Спосіб реалізації: паливні талони (строк дії довірчого документу (талонів): з дати підписання договору не менше 6 місяців з моменту поставки).
3. Номінал талонів – 10 літрів.
4. Відстань розташування - учасник повинен мати автозаправні станції (власну, орендовану, партнерську) в радіусі 5 км від населеного пункту Замовника (не менше 1 АЗС) та заправках партнерах на території України.
5. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує , що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації /Республіки Білорусь /Ісламської Республіки Іран.
