The goods are supplied at: 31200, Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Volochysk District, Volochysk city, MUZEINA STREET, building 9 (Refueling by coupons - at the participant's gas station exclusively within the city of Volochysk). Fuel supply/refueling is carried out at the Participant's gas stations located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Volochysk and are freely accessible by ordinary vehicles without the need to pass special control/inspection points (checkpoints) that temporarily restrict movement for entry/exit from the city or within its districts. The goods are considered transferred by the Participant and accepted by the Customer in quantity and quality from the moment of actual receipt of the Goods in accordance with the terms of the Contract. The quality of the Goods must comply with the current DSTU at the time of receipt of the Goods. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. Submission of a proposal by the supplier is considered confirmation that its goods comply with the requirements specified by the customer in the request for supplier proposals, namely: that the proposed goods are not goods originating from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Procedure for Formation and Use of the Electronic Catalog" dated September 14, 2020 No. 822.
