Заправка автомобілів Замовника здійснюється на АЗС Учасника. Учасник повинен мати власні або орендовані або партнерські АЗС, які обслуговують талони, одна із яких розташована на відстані не більш ніж 5 км від місця знаходження Замовника: 78001, Україна, Івано-Франківська обл., Івано-Франківський район, м.Тлумач, вул. Шевченка,3А, а також повинен мати розширену мережу власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС по всій території України. Відпуск палива зі зберігання здійснюється по талонах на отримання палива на АЗС. Паливо має знаходитися на відповідальному зберіганні в Учасника та відпускається за потребою Замовника. Строк дії (використання) талонів повинен становити не менше 12 місяців з дня отримання. У разі закінчення терміну дії невикористаних талонів Учасник повинен забезпечити безоплатну їх заміну. Умови оплати: Оплата Товару здійснюється Покупцем в національній валюті України безготівково, шляхом банківського переказу грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється за фактично поставлений Продавцем Товар протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на Товар.
