Передача у власність Товарів Покупцю здійснюється Постачальником цілодобово на підставі заявок Покупця.
Постачальник завантажує Товар в автомобілі-цистерни Замовника на території нафтобази протягом 1 години з моменту отримання заявки Покупця на поставку партії Товару.
Відстань від адреси Покупця, наведеної в Додатку №1 до Проєкту Договору, до власної або орендованої нафтобази Постачальника не може бути більше 2,5 км (за даними Google карт).
Оплата здійснюється Покупцем в гривнях шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника на умовах післяплати протягом 180 робочих днів з дати отримання Товару на території нафтобази.
