Description

Постачальник здійснює поставку товару наступним чином: талони за адресою Замовника: м. Запоріжжя, вул. Мирослава Симчича, 56, заправка бензином А-95-Євро5-Е5 – АЗС Постачальника у м. Запоріжжі.
Мережа АЗС, що обслуговує талони, відповідає наступним вимогам: розташування на відстані не більше 6,0 кілометрів по міським автомобільним дорогам до гаражів районної адміністрації що розташовані за адресою: м.Запоріжжя, вул. Вроцлавська,18.
Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у Договорі, на підставі оформлених належним чином рахунку-фактури, видаткової накладної, підписаної уповноваженими представниками обох сторін, після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на підставі ст. ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України протягом 10 робочих днів з дня отримання бюджетних призначень на предмет даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 7 робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування предмету даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. За наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення у Замовника виникають зобов’язання за Договором.
Підставою для проведення платежу є надання Постачальником наступних документів: рахунок-фактура, видаткова накладна.
