Заправка автомобілів Замовника здійснюється за талонами безпосередньо на власних та/або орендованих та/або партнерських автозаправних станціях (далі – АЗС) Постачальника на розгалуженій мережі АЗС на магістральних трасах і основних шляхових вузлах України, з обов’язковим розташуванням щонайменше однієї АЗС в радіусі не більше 20 км від місця розташування Замовника: 39220, вул.Кобеляцька,53-А,с-ще Білики,Полтавський р-н., Полтавська обл., а також наявність не менше 1 (однієї) АЗС в с.Нові Санжари, м. Полтава. Перелік АЗС з їх адресою зазначається в Додатку № 2 (Перелік АЗС Постачальника). Строк дії (використання) талонів повинен становити не менш ніж 1 місяць, у разі не використання талонів Постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін дії до повного використання. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою / замовленням від відповідальної особи Замовника, яка передається телефонним зв’язком або електронною поштою.
