Auto-translated from ukThe participant undertakes to transfer the Goods Gasoline A-95 (DK 021:2015 "Unified Procurement Catalog" - 09130000-9 - Oil and distillates) to the Customer at the Participant's gas stations using scratch cards/coupons (internal circulation permits for the supply of Goods) throughout 2026 and in accordance with the terms specified in the Agreement, and the Customer undertakes to accept the Goods into ownership and fully pay for its cost (price) in the manner and under the conditions defined in this Agreement. In case of delay in budget financing of the BUYER and/or delay by the bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in carrying out cash service, payments for the goods delivered will be made within 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of funds to the BUYER's registration accounts, and/or from the moment the bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine can carry out cash service.
