Original language: ukКраїною-походження Товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Право власності на Товар переходить до Покупця в момент отримання талонів, що підтверджується підписаною видатковою накладною. З моменту отримання талонів та переходу права власності на Товар до Покупця, Постачальник виступає тимчасовим зберігачем на АЗС та зобов’язується видати Товар на першу вимогу представнику Покупця, правомочність якого підтверджена наявним дійсним талоном, при цьому Постачальник вилучає талон, як підтвердження здійснення факту передачу Товару Покупцю. Передача Покупцю Товару здійснюється на АЗС Постачальника шляхом заправки автомобілів Покупця при пред’явленні талонів, які є підставою для видачі (заправки) на АЗС, вказаного в талоні виду, типу і кількості Товару. Постачальник відпускає Товар на всю кількість літрів, що зазначено на талоні.
