Description
1. Поставка Товару здійснюється за талонами на АЗС, що знаходиться в межах що знаходиться в межах (на відстані) не більше 4 км., від (Замовника), м. Свалява, вул. Набережна, 28, Мукачівського району, Закарпатської області, впродовж усього строку дії талонів.
Термін дії талона/скретч-картки не менше 2 місяців.
2.Під час підписання Договору Постачальник надає Замовнику інформацію (довідку у довільній формі ) щодо кінцевого бенефеціарного власника юридичної особи відповідно до вимог законодавства України
3. Постачальник надає довідку в довільній формі , що товар який постачається за цим Договором , не має походження або будь яким чином переміщений транзитом з території російської федерації (країни агресора) та республіки білорусі ,та ісламської республіки Іран.
