З метою забезпечення рівних умов участі в закупівлі та оцінки тендерних пропозицій, учасник незалежно від його системи оподаткування, в електронній системі закупівель зазначає ціну тендерної пропозиції без ПДВ. У разі якщо переможець процедури закупівлі є платником ПДВ, при укладенні договору про закупівлю ПДВ буде нараховуватися відповідно до чинного законодавства України.
Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Покупцем, в гривні на умовах попередньої (авансової) оплати протягом 3 робочих днів з дня отримання рахунку за кожну партію Товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Продавця, вказаний в рахунку на оплату.
Передача Товару Покупцю здійснюється Продавцем (Експлуатантом АЗС) цілодобово (за винятком технічних перерв) на АЗС, шляхом використання встановленого на АЗС POS-терміналу, при умові: пред’явлення ПК Покупцем (Держателем ПК), правильного введення ПІН-коду ПК та Авторизації ПК в Процесінговому центрі. Кількість Товару, яка відпускається на АЗС, обирається Покупцем (Держателем ПК) самостійно, в межах попередньо оплаченої кількості Товару, закріпленого за конкретною ПК. Передача Товару Покупцю здійснюється Продавцем з дня зарахування авансового платежу Покупця на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця. Строк передачі Товару складає 3 календарних місяці з дати оплати Товару. Передача Товару Покупцю (Держателю ПК) здійснюється на момент проведення Транзакції, шляхом заправки автотранспортних засобів. Місце передачі Продавцем Товару: АЗС Продавця (Експлуатанта АЗС), які знаходяться на відстані не більше, ніж 20 кілометрів від місцезнаходження кожного з підрозділів Покупця, визначених в Додатку 2 до Договору.
