На момент укладання Договору Постачальник надає Гарантійний лист емітента (власника) карток про право реалізації Постачальником карток емітента та про строк дії карток. Ціна за одиницю Товару зберігається незмінною на весь період дії карток (не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з дати отримання Покупцем від Постачальника та не залежить від терміну дії Договору). Покупець залишає за собою право купувати Товар частинами. Постачальник надає Покупцю Гарантійний лист про те, що придбаний Товар зберігається безоплатно до повного отримання. Якість Товару має бути підтверджена паспортом якості та/або сертифікатом відповідності (якщо це передбачено законодавством України). Країна походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран. Постачальник гарантує, що товар, який постачається за цим Договором, не є товаром походженням з російської федерації/ республіки білорусь/ ісламської республіки іран. Умови оплати: 100% оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару на підставі видаткової накладної на картки та рахунку/рахунку-фактурі.
