Покупець зобов’язується здійснити оплату вартості Товару на підставі рахунку та видаткової накладної на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання видаткової накладної на Товар. Датою оплати Товару вважається день зарахування перерахованих коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Передача Товару здійснюється Покупцю цілодобово по Талонах Постачальника, що є документом обов’язкової звітності і підставою для відвантаження Товару з АЗС, що обслуговують Талони Постачальника. Адреси АЗС надаються додатково згідно з Переліком АЗС (додаток 2 до Договору) але в будь-якому випадку обов’язкова наявність мінімум однієї АЗС у кожному районі м. Одеси (Київському районі, Пересипському районі, Приморському районі та Хаджибейському районі). Талон повинен бути в належному стані та не містити будь-яких позначень, печаток, штампів, крім тих, що нанесені Постачальником, у випадку порушення цієї вимоги, а також у разі пошкодження Талона, якщо не можна прочитати штрих-код та номер під ним, Постачальник має право за таким Талоном Товар не відпускати. Талони видаються (передаються) Постачальником Покупцю на підставі видаткової накладної не пізніше 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дня укладення Сторонами Договору.
Обсяги закупівлі Товару можуть бути зменшені / змінені залежно від реальної фінансової спроможності та потреби Покупця. Орієнтовні обсяги (потреба) щомісячного замовлення Талонів становлять Бензин А-95 – 400-600 літрів в залежності від наявної потреби.
