Відпуск товарів шляхом відпуску по талонах, що є підставою для відвантаження нафтопродуктів з усіх АЗС Постачальника. Заправка автотранспорту здійснюється відповідно до потреб Замовника. Обов’язковою умовою є спроможність Постачальника надати товар в межах Надвірнянської Міської ТГ, Івано-Франківської області. Постачальник повинен мати розширену мережу власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС на території України. Учасник повинен мати договори оренди/суборенди на АЗС/АЗК через які будуть здійснюватись отоварення талонів. Учасник повинен мати офіс у Івано-Франківській обл. Термін дії талонів не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх поставки Замовнику. Оплата Товару проводиться Замовником у національній грошовій одиниці України на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 1 (одного) банківського дня після отримання Товару (талонів) на підставі видаткової накладної, підписаної Сторонами. Постачальник забезпечує можливість заправки автомобілів Замовника у цілодобовому режимі, у вихідні та святкові дні
