Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику (або довіреним особам) Товар, якість якого відповідає державним стандартам, технічним вимогам та вимогам законодавства щодо показників якості такого роду/виду Товарів. Якість Товару повинна відповідати дійсним на дату отримання Товару державним стандартам (ДСТУ), зокрема бензин має відповідати ДСТУ 7687:2015 (або еквівалент) та Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднових та котельних палив, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927. Технічні та якісні характеристики Товару повинні відповідати сезону (порі року), під час якого здійснюється фактичне отримання Товару Замовником. Місце поставки Товарів: талони постачаються за наступною адресою: Україна, 45100, Волинська обл., Луцький р-н, місто Рожище, вул. Шилокадзе Коте, будинок 19.
