Original language: ukВідповідно до вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Про деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» (далі – Постанова № 178), урядом з метою виконання мобілізаційних завдань в умовах воєнного стану, відповідно до підпункту "г" підпункту 195.1.2 пункту 195.1 статті 195 Податкового кодексу України Кабінет Міністрів України установлено, що до припинення чи скасування воєнного стану операції з постачання товарів для заправки (дозаправки) або забезпечення транспорту Міністерства внутрішніх справ, інших утворених відповідно до законів військових формувань, їх з’єднань, військових частин, підрозділів, установ або організацій, що утримуються за рахунок коштів державного бюджету, для потреб забезпечення оборони України, захисту безпеки населення та інтересів держави обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою
