Original language: ukОскільки фінансування закупівлі здійснюється суворо в межах затверджених бюджетних асигнувань (кошторису) без ПДВ, загальна сума договору про закупівлю, що укладається з переможцем (який є платником ПДВ), ні в якому разі не може перевищувати очікувану вартість, зазначену в оголошенні. На етапі укладання договору сума ПДВ (20%) буде включена в граничні межі цієї вартості шляхом перерахунку ціни за одиницю або пропорційного зменшення обсягу закупівлі. У разі відмови перерахунку ціни за одиницю товару, буде вважатися як відмова від укладання договору та пропозицію буде відхилено
