Original language: bgДоставка на резервни части за пречиствателни съоръжения на фирма Huber Technology Германия, монтирани на ПСОВ – РУСЕ, за срок от 1 (една) година. При необходимост се доставят резервни части за извършване на ремонтни дейности, профилактика и поддръжка на пречиствателни съоръжения Huber Technology Германия, във връзка с функционирането на ПСОВ-Русе. Доставките следва да бъдат извършени с резервни части на фирмата-производител Huber Technology Германия. Прогнозната стойност на поръчката е в размер на 100 000,00 евро (сто хиляди евро) без ДДС и има ориентировъчен характер за срока на договора, както и не обвързва Възложителя. Възложителят не се задължава да изразходи цялата посочена прогнозна стойност на поръчката. Източник на финансиране, условия и начини на плащане: Финансирането на поръчката е със собствени средства на Възложителя. Заплащането се извършва въз основа на предоставена фактура от страна на Изпълнителя и подписан от страните приемно – предавателен протокол, по банков път, в срок до 30 (тридесет) календарни дни, считано от издаване на фактура, придружена от протокол. Място на изпълнение: ПСОВ-РУСЕ, разположена в Източната индустриална зона на гр. Русе. Срок на изпълнение на поръчката: 1 (една) година, считано от датата на сключване на договора. Гаранционният срок на предлаганите резервни части следва да бъде не по-малко от 6 (шест) месеца, считано от датата на подписания без възражения от страна на Възложителя приемно–предавателен протокол за доставка. Резервните части, предмет на поръчката, ще бъдат описани в Приложение №1 към договора - оферта на изпълнителя, включваща предложение за всеки модел и сериен номер машина/съоръжение, както и отделни цени за съответните части.
