Предметът на обществената поръчка е: Упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на СМР на проект: „Реконструкция и ремонт на спортна инфраструктура“ в УПИ I, кв. 32 /поземлен имот с идентификатор 18229.501.291 по кадастрална карта/ по плана на с. Гълъбец, община Поморие. Категория на обекта: V-та категория, според чл.10, ал.1, т.6 от Наредба № 1 от 30 юли 2003г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи – „площадки за игра, разположени на открито“. Съгласно изискванията на Възложителя, избраният изпълнител следва да осъществи упражняване на Строителен надзор по съответните части при извършване на СМР по проект: „Реконструкция и ремонт на спортна инфраструктура“ в УПИ I, кв. 32 /поземлен имот с идентификатор 18229.501.291 по кадастрална карта/ по плана на с. Гълъбец, община Поморие Цели на поръчката: • Качествено и отговарящо на нормативните изисквания изпълнение на предвидените работи по строителството. • Изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи в съответствие с инвестиционния проект и законодателството в Република България. Описание на дейностите по строителен надзор: Упражняване на строителен надзор: изпълнителят носи отговорност за дейностите и задълженията му като участник в инвестиционния процес, регламентирани в чл. 166 и чл. 168 от ЗУТ, както и за тези произтичащи от чл. 178 от ЗУТ, както и други приложими разпоредби на действащото законодателство. Строителният надзор се изпълнява в задължителния обхват съобразно изискванията на ЗУТ, изискванията на Наредба № 3 от 31 юли 2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството, с отчитане на изискванията на Наредбата за съществените изисквания към строежите и оценяване съответствието на строителните продукти и всички законови и подзаконови нормативни актове в областта на строителството в България.
