Обособената позиция включва обследване за енергийна ефективност на сграда- публична държавна собственост, стопанисвана от Столичната дирекция на вътрешните работи (СДВР), намираща се на територията на гр. София, ул. „Екзарх Антим I” 5 (СДВР). Сградата се състои от седем етажа с масивна конструкция. Застоената площ на сутерена е 3500 m2 , застроената площ на 1- ви етаж е 3500 m2 , застроената площ на етажи от 2- ри до 7- ми включително е 2314 m2. За изпълнение на предмета на обществената поръчка се изисква: извършване на обследване за енергийна ефективност на сградата, предписване на необходимите мерки за постигане (достигане) на нормативните стандарти за енергийна ефективност. Обследването следва да се осъществява по реда, правилата и приложимите процедури, регламентирани от законодателството в Р България: Закона за енергийната ефективност (ЗЕЕ) и подзаконовите актове по прилагането му. Етапите на обследването за енергийна ефективност са отразени в разпоредбата на чл. 13 от Наредба № Е- РД- 04-2/16.12.2022 г. за обследване за енергийна ефективност, сертифициране и оценка на енергийните спестявания на сгради (Наредбата) При обследването се издава доклад (чл. 13 от Наредбата); резюме (чл. 14, ал. 5 от Наредбата); сертификат за енергийни характеристики на сграда в експлоатация (чл. 16, ал. 6 от Наредбата); доклад по чл. 56 от ЗЕЕ и наредбата по посочената разпоредба; оригинал на декларация за липса на обстоятелства по чл. 43, ал. 4 и ал. 6 ЗЕЕ; протокол за потвърдени количества спестена енергия (когато е приложимо). Срок за изпълнение: По предложение на участниците, но не повече от 60 календарни дни, считано от датата на изпращане, постъпване на писмено уведомление за осигурено финансиране у Изпълнителя, представяне от последния на гаранция за изпълнение, съгласно проекта на договор по съответната обособена позиция и представяне на необходимите изходни данни за изпълнение на услугата от Възложителя.
