Conducting a road safety audit at the "Technical Design" stage for the object: "Preparation of a technical design for the major repair of object: II-15 from km 0+000 to km 77+872, with a total length of 77.872 km, in the Vratsa region"

1. Subject of the specific order: "Conducting a road safety audit at the "Technical Design" stage for the object: "Preparation of a technical design for the major repair of object: II-15 from km 0+000 to km 77+872, with a total length of 77.872 km, in the Vratsa region". The purpose of the public procurement is to select a contractor and conclude a specific contract for its execution. *Note: A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is presented in the Terms of Reference for conducting a road safety audit at the "Technical Design" stage for the object: "Preparation of a technical design for the major repair of object: II-15 from km 0+000 to km 77+872, with a total length of 77.872 km, in the Vratsa region" (Appendix A), an attachment to the Invitation for public procurement! 2. Procedure and conditions for the execution of the specific order: 2.1. The Contracting Authority awards, and the Contractor accepts to provide, in return for remuneration, and under the terms of the Contract, the following services: 1. "Conducting a road safety audit at the "Technical Design" stage for the object: "Preparation of a technical design for the major repair of object: II-15 from km 0+000 to km 77+872, with a total length of 77.872 km, in the Vratsa region"; 2. Conducting an introductory and final meeting between representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor under the Contract; 3. Preparation and submission of a Preliminary Audit Report; 4. Preparation and submission of a Final Audit Report, containing the results of the independent, detailed, systematic check of the technical safety of the design characteristics of the road infrastructure as a result of the conducted road safety audit of the object/project of the Republican Road Network (RRN) at the relevant stage of the investment process; 5. Familiarization with the subject of the Contract; site visit; performance of additional activities related to the preparation of the Contract, not mentioned in its description, but related to its qualitative execution, for which the Contractor will have no claims against the Contracting Authority; 6. All other activities necessary for the execution of the subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "the Services". 2.2. The Services, which are the subject of the Contract, shall be performed in accordance with the Terms of Reference for conducting a road safety audit at the "Technical Design" stage for the object: "Preparation of a technical design for the major repair of object: II-15 from km 0+000 to km 77+872, with a total length of 77.872 km, in the Vratsa region" (Appendix A to the Invitation) and the Contractor's Offer (Annex No. 1 to the Invitation), which are an integral part of the Contract, and all other regulatory requirements applicable to the execution of the relevant activity, as well as under the conditions and within the timeframe specified in the Contract, the Framework Agreement and the Invitation under Art. 82, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
