Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставка, монтаж, въвеждане в експлоатация и гаранционна поддръжка на изчислителни сървъри за нуждите на Института за научни изследвания в областта на компютърните науки (INSAIT) към СУ „Св. Климент Охридски“, в т.ч. доставка на до 16 бр. изчислителни сървъра и до 2 бр. сървърни шкафа, които се доставят на два етапа. Вторият етап представлява опция по смисъла на чл. 21, ал. 1 от ЗОП и чл. 5 от ППЗОП. Всеки етап включва доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация на един комплект от 8 бр. изчислителни сървъра и 1 бр. сървърен шкаф. Етап I е основният обем на поръчката. Изпълнението му започва след осигуряване на финансиране и получаване от изпълнителя на писмена заявка от възложителя. Етап II е опция, която възложителят може да упражни до 31.12.2028 г. включително, при осигурено финансиране, достатъчно за заплащане на целия комплект. Възлагането се извършва на основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП чрез сключване на допълнително споразумение съгласно чл. 4, ал. 7 – 9 от проекта на договор. За двата етапа се прилагат едни и същи технически изисквания, единични цени, срок за изпълнение и гаранционни условия. Възложителят не се задължава да упражни опцията. Ако опцията не бъде упражнена до 31.12.2028 г., договорът се прекратява с изпълнението на етап I, без страните да си дължат неустойки или обезщетения. Обществената поръчка се открива при условията на чл. 114 от ЗОП, с клауза за отложено изпълнение. Срокът за доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация е до 60 (шестдесет) календарни дни. За етап I той тече от датата на заявката, а за етап II – от датата на сключване на допълнителното споразумение, съгласно предложението на участника, избран за изпълнител. Гаранционният срок е не по-кратък от 60 (шестдесет) месеца. Предлаганата обща цена включва цената за етап I и цената за опцията (етап II). Оценката се извършва по общата предложена цена.
