Chapter 3 Notes on Preparing Proposals
This document explains the services that the Japan International Cooperation Agency (hereinafter referred to as "JICA") intends to commission to private consultants, etc., and the method for selecting the contractor (proposal competition).
Proposal competition is a method of selecting the most advantageous contractor for JICA by comprehensively evaluating the proposals, technical proposals, and capabilities of the competing participants based on the proposals submitted by the competing participants.
Competing participants are requested to submit proposals and quotations for the services related to this project based on this document and the loaned materials.
Furthermore, Chapter 2 "Draft Special Specifications" and Section 2 of Chapter 3 "Conditions for Service Implementation" of this document indicate the basic content for preparing proposals, and do not preclude competing participants from supplementing, improving, or modifying parts thereof when submitting their proposals.
The content of the proposal will be discussed in the contract negotiations conducted with the party granted the right to negotiate, and the "Special Specifications" will be finalized as an attachment to the contract.
