One of the factors contributing to these issues with immigration procedures is the anxiety of foreign tourists arising from a lack of information dissemination regarding immigration procedures. In such circumstances, it is necessary to conduct a demonstration project that disseminates information through various means, including the use of generative AI, from the time of disembarkation until the immigration inspection area, with the aim of alleviating the anxiety of foreign tourists before immigration procedures and facilitating immigration procedures.
