(3)　令和７・８・９年度全省庁統一資格において、「役務の提供等」「Ａ」、「Ｂ」又は「Ｃ」の等級に格付けされた者であること。
(4)　デジタル庁又は他省庁等における物品等の契約に係る指名停止等措置要領に基づく指名停止を受けている期間中の者でないこと。
