The successful bidder will be determined by the comprehensive evaluation and award method, so please submit proposals (hereinafter referred to as "Proposal Documents") by the date specified in 3(2) below. When determining the successful bidder, the bid price will be the amount written on the tender form plus 10% of that amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, that fraction will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders shall write in the tender form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or non-taxable businesses for consumption tax. 2. (4) For bidders subject to the insurance systems listed in the following items, insurance premiums must not be in arrears for the two years immediately preceding the deadline for submitting tender documents (for items (e) and (f), for two insurance years): a.
