Business Overview (1) Subject: Outsourcing Contract for Monitoring Support, etc. for the Upper Yoga Park Expansion Project. (2) Purpose: This project aims to support the monitoring conducted by Setagaya Ward (hereinafter referred to as "the Ward") for the Upper Yoga Park Expansion Project (hereinafter referred to as "this Project"), for which a basic contract is scheduled to be concluded in December Reiwa 8.
This project will be implemented using the DBO (Design Build Operate) method, in accordance with Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Development of Public Facilities, etc., by Utilizing Private Funds, etc. (Heisei 11, Law No. 117). Under this method, the Ward will provide financing for facility development, and the DBO contractor will carry out facility development, followed by maintenance and operation.
The method of monitoring to be carried out in this project shall be as indicated in the "Upper Yoga Park Expansion Project DBO Contractor Recruitment and Selection Guidelines," "Upper Yoga Park Expansion Project Required Standards" (hereinafter referred to as "Required Standards"), and "Upper Yoga Park Expansion Project Monitoring Basic Plan," which will be posted on the Ward's website below.

(4) Submitted documents will not be returned.
(5) Language and Currency Used in Procedures: Limited to Japanese and Japanese currency.
