Purpose: This is a thermal analysis instrument used in research and development for safe and efficient processing methods for long-term stabilization of waste from various sites and facilities, fuel debris research for F1 decommissioning, and nuclear fuel research and development. The target samples are diverse, including oxide and nitride ceramics and metal samples with a wide range of compositions. Therefore, a camera capable of visually observing changes in shape due to sintering shrinkage behavior of various ceramics and phase transitions or flow of metal samples, and a high-temperature furnace for thermal analysis at higher temperatures are essential for this research and development. 3.
