Leak Detector Purchase Specifications 1. Purpose This project is being carried out as part of the Space Strategy Fund Project of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
When updating accelerators and maintaining and operating vacuum irradiation chambers, vacuum leak testing is essential, and this project is to purchase a leak detector used for leak testing. Furthermore, since this leak detector is also expected to be used inside the accelerator tank where space is limited, a lightweight and compact leak detector is required.

(2) The submitted documents (delivered printed matter) specified in these specifications shall meet the standards for "paper products" stipulated in the basic policy of the Green Purchasing Act.
7. Consultation If any doubts arise regarding matters described in these specifications or matters not described herein, they shall be resolved through consultation with the Atomic Energy Agency, and the decision shall be followed.
