NOTICE OF BIDDING Pursuant to the provisions of Article 234, Paragraph 1 of the Local Autonomy Act, a contract for services will be concluded through competitive public bidding. Therefore, we hereby announce as follows in accordance with the provisions of Article 167-6, Paragraph 1 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order and Article 4 of the Hiroshima City Contract Regulations.

Elimination of floor level differences 2. Installation of handrails in entrances, bathrooms, dressing rooms, and toilets 3. Replacement of doorknobs with lever handles 4. Installation of bathtubs (water heaters) 5. Replacement of existing bathroom fixtures (sliding doors) 6. Furthermore, bidding for this service is limited to the use of the electronic bidding system, and paper bids are not permitted.
2. Procedures related to bidding shall be in accordance with the Hiroshima City Electronic Bidding System Usage Agreement and the Hiroshima City Electronic Bidding Operation Standards.
3. This service is subject to an electronic lottery.
Bid Participation Requirements: Bidders must satisfy all of the following conditions: Qualifications: 1. Must be registered as a participant in competitive bidding for construction consulting services for fiscal years 2025 and 2026, with the service type being "General Architecture" or "Design" in the "Architectural Related Construction Consulting Services" category.
2. Other qualification requirements are as specified in the bidding documents.
Business Office Location: Must have its principal business office (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Hiroshima City Construction Consulting Services Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines) in Hiroshima City.
Company Service Experience: Must have experience in design services for new construction, expansion, or renovation of reinforced concrete, steel-reinforced concrete, or steel structures (excluding lightweight steel structures), with a total floor area of 58 square meters or more, completed and handed over as the prime contractor since April 1, 2011 (experience as a design joint venture is limited to that as the representative member).
Technical Personnel, etc.: The supervising engineer must be a Class 1 architect as defined by Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 202 of 1950).
Other: 1. Bidders who do not meet the above bid participation requirements cannot participate.
2. Bidders who cannot be selected in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, Items 1 and 2 (a) to (o) of the Hiroshima City Construction Consulting Services Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines cannot participate.

2. Bids with false statements in the application.

4. Bids from those whose submitted bid participation qualification confirmation applications cannot be verified due to incomplete documentation (including errors).
Other: 1. This service is a general competitive bidding project where bid participation qualifications are confirmed after bid opening.
2. When determining the successful bidder, the successful bid amount will be the amount entered by the bidder in the electronic bidding system or the amount stated in the bid, plus an amount equivalent to 10/100 of that amount (if there is a fraction of less than one yen, that fraction will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders must enter or state an amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or exempt from consumption tax and local consumption tax.
