For the purpose of determining the successful bid, the successful bid price will be the amount written on the bid form plus 10% of that amount. Security Deposit: Bid bond and contract security deposit are exempted. 7. Invalid Bids: Bids submitted by those ineligible for participation, bids that violate the terms and conditions of the tender, or bids submitted by qualified contractors who have been requested for exclusion as contractors related to organized crime groups by prefectural police from the time of bid opening until the conclusion of the contract are invalid. (2) If subcontracting all or part of this contract to a party currently under designation suspension, submit a "Subcontracting Confirmation Application" two days before the bid date. (3) A power of attorney must be submitted by the bid date. ⑤ If the bid involves parties who subcontract to those under designation suspension and parties who do not, bids from those who subcontract to parties under designation suspension will not be accepted. ⑥ If, after the contract is concluded, all or part of this contract is subcontracted to a party currently under designation suspension, this contract may be partially or wholly canceled. ⑦ If subcontracting to a party currently under designation suspension after the contract is concluded, obtain approval for subcontracting as stipulated in the "Tender and Contract Guidelines (Local Procurement)", amend the contract, and include special provisions regarding the determination of prices for specific cost items.
